Lean Foundations:
Start Strong
The first phase is all about laying strong foundations, setting you up for future success. I discover more about your business, challenges and aspirations. We do some sessions together where you learn essential tools and begin to implement them. I make my recommendations on strategy and tactics for the way forward, tailored to your business’s specific requirements. We work together to create a roadmap for implementing your own continuous improvement culture.

Lean Transformation:
Cultural Shift
The second phase builds on the strong foundations and implements the agreed roadmap from phase one. This will be different for every business but involves lots of support through training, coaching and time on-site.
Due to the highly tailored nature of phase 2, pricing will vary.

Lean Excellence:
Excellence Unleashed
The third phase comes after all the learning and changes from phases one and two have been really embedded, likely to be a minimum of one or two years. This is the point where the business is really working towards achieving operational excellence.

Hi, I'm Diana, founder of Danu Solutions.
I started Danu in 2024 after many years spent in industry as a Mechanical and Manufacturing Engineer. During that time, I saw well-intentioned leaders struggling to implement meaningful and sustainable change in their businesses. I also discovered firsthand how my actions were able to make a difference to people, empowering them to use their voice for good. I learned how to work with people at all levels within a business to break down barriers and sow the seeds for a cultural transformation.
